How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as needed to serve you, meet tax, licensing and warranty obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or card numbers through the contact form or by text.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@relianceelectricalnc.com or calling (704) 701-5255. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children
